All Helix products are shipped via FedEx Ground from our facilities across the US. Each item in your order will ship separately and you will receive separate tracking for each item once they are completed in production.
Please note: Complimentary Dream Pillows will be packaged and shipped together with your mattress.
Your Helix Mattress will be gently compressed, rolled, and put in a box that’s about the size of a bag of golf clubs for easy shipping! Packaging dimensions are 47” x 16” x 16”, and we ship via FedEx Ground direct from our Phoenix facility to your home.
At Helix, we want to be sure you love your new mattress and sleep accessories. That's why we offer a 100 night sleep trial, which begins on the day of delivery. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund within the 100 night trial period. Mattresses do require a 30-Day break-in period before you can be eligible for a return.
Please note: The Helix Adjustable Base does not include a 100 night sleep trial. If removed from its original packaging, it cannot be returned.
