Referral Terms
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Helix’s ("Helix") Terms of Use and Helix's Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the below additional Terms & Conditions for Helix’s Refer-a-Friend program (the “Program”). By participating in the program, users agree to use the program in the manner specified. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as a Referee or participate in the program in any manner.
Eligible Referrer.
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Helix’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Helix’s sole discretion. Additionally, to be eligible, a Referrer must:
1. Be a legal resident of the United States of America
2. Be at least 18 years old.
Employees of Helix, its service provider or any of its or their subsidiaries, affiliate or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible. No previous purchase is required to be eligible as a Referrer.
Qualified Referral.
A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at https://helixsleep.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. The following stipulations apply:
1. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
2. There is a maximum of five (5) Qualified Referrals per Referrer during the operations of the Program. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Customer will not be considered Qualified Referrals.
3. Additional restrictions on Qualified Referrals are outlined below in the “Referred Customer” section.
Referred Customer.
To be considered a Referred Customers the following stipulations apply:
1. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
2. The Referred Customer was not previously registered with the service or website under any email address or alias
3. The Referred Customer is a) a legal resident of the United States of America and b) at least 18 years of old
Referral Rewards.
Referrer shall receive one (1) reward valued at an amount as indicated at Helix’s sole discretion for each verified Qualified Referral generated by Referrer. A Referrer may not earn more than five (5) Qualified Referrals in the 365 days following the date of the first earned reward. Rewards may be redeemed in various forms in Helix's sole discretion. Check your Helix account for details; restrictions may apply. For example, if the reward is in the form of a gift card, gift certificate or voucher, it may be subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Rewards are subject to verification.
Helix may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. They may also refuse to verify and process any transaction the company deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on Helix, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of Helix’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, credit or reward is verified.
Transfer and Value of Credit and Rewards.
Credit and rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Credit and rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, or upon cancellation of a Referrer’s Helix account for any reason, any unredeemed credit and rewards accumulated by the Referrer are forfeited.
Children.
No part of this Program is directed at persons under the age of 13. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.
Privacy.
Individuals may participate in the Program to recommend services or content made available by Helix to their friends, family or colleagues ("users"). To do this, users must necessarily submit personal information about themselves and their friends, family members or colleagues, such as name and e-mail address information, so that Helix can send these recommendations on their behalf. The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with Helix’s Privacy Statement, which can be found at https://helixsleep.com/privacy.
Right to Close Accounts.
Helix Sleep reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Helix Sleep Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner, breaches any of these Terms & Conditions, or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms.
Helix reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
Liability.
By participating in the Program, users agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Program, Terms of Use of the company, and the Privacy Policy of the company including all liability, indemnification, claims, and warranties.
