What is it? How does it work?
At Helix, we’re working hard to make your mattress buying experience more convenient than ever before. Our In-Home Setup & Removal service offers you professional assistance with the unpacking and setup of your new Helix products as well as the removal of any mattresses or support bases being replaced by a Helix product.
We’ve partnered with our friends at LoadUp to complete each In-Home Setup & Removal appointment so you won’t have to lift a finger!
Our In-Home Setup & Removal program includes three distinct service types, giving you the chance to choose your preferred service.
In-Home Setup Only
With the In-Home Setup service, the LoadUp team will come to your home and unpack your new Helix products, and set them up in your desired location. The team will also dispose of any packaging.
Please note, this service does not include removal or assistance with your old products.
Removal Only
If disposing of your old mattress is a priority, Removal Only might be the best fit. With this service, the LoadUp team will come to your home and remove your old mattress. Once removed, LoadUp will do its best to donate or repurpose your old mattress.
Please note, though, that this service does not include assistance with your new products.
In-Home Setup & Removal
The complete package.
With our In-Home Setup & Removal service, LoadUp will come into your home, unpack your new Helix products, and set them up in your desired location. The team will also remove your old mattress and dispose of any packaging. Once removed, LoadUp will do its best to donate or repurpose your old mattress.
On the cart page, you will have the opportunity to check your eligibility, and if eligible, add In-Home Setup & Removal services to your order.
Adding one of our In-Home Setup & Removal services to your order will not impact your shipping method or the ship time, as all orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to how it works:
STEP 1
Place Your Order
On the cart page, you can choose your preferred In-Home Setup & Removal service and add it to your cart. The service you choose will appear as a line item in your cart once successfully added.
Please note: In-Home Setup & Removal Services are not eligible for promotional discounts. The price of your In-Home Setup & Removal Service will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
STEP 2
Schedule Your Service
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Helix confirming the items in your order and providing additional shipping details. You will also receive a separate email from our In-Home Setup & Removal Parter, LoadUp, allowing you to schedule your appointment.
Please note: all of the items in your order will need to be delivered before the date of your In-Home Setup & Removal appointment.
STEP 3
Your Service is Completed
On the day of your scheduled In-Home Setup & Removal service, the LoadUp team will come to your home and assist with your chosen services.
In the event that your plans or availability change, your In-Home Setup & Removal service must be canceled before the day of your scheduled service in order to receive a refund. In-Home Setup & Removal cannot be canceled and refunded once your scheduled service date arrives.
