Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Our mattress toppers ship for free in the contiguous USA.* All Helix products are made to order, and are assembled and shipped from our Arizona factory within several days, depending on the specific product. How does your 120 day free trial work?

You have 120 nights to sleep on your mattress topper. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we’ll organize a seamless exchange or facilitate a free, fast return. We do ask that you take a minimum of 30 days to adjust to your mattress topper and break it in. Learn More

What if I want to return my mattress topper?

We get it: every person is unique with their own different sleep preferences, and you need to see how it feels. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your mattress topper, we will do everything we can to make it right. Go ahead and sleep on it: you have 120 nights to try it out. If you aren’t completely satisfied for any reason, we’ll organize a seamless exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value, or facilitate a free, fast return. How does the ErgoAlign layer work?

Yes! The ErgoAlign Mattress Topper is a great way to lower back support on the surface of any mattress. It will fit directly on top of your mattress and will be held in place by convenient straps at the foot of the bed.

How do I clean my mattress topper?

We recommend spot cleaning only. We recommend lightly applying a mild detergent to any surface you are cleaning and wiping it clean with a wet towel. Allow it to fully air dry before putting it back on your mattress and covering it with sheets.
