Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Every Helix mattress ships for free (in a box!) in the contiguous USA.* All Helix products are made to order, and are assembled and shipped from our Arizona factory within several days, depending on the specific product. Please refer to specific product pages for shipping estimates. Helix Elite Mattresses are shipped in two boxes. *Shipping rates apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. See Terms & Conditions of Sale.

How does your 120 day free trial work?

Try the Helix Crib Mattress for 120 nights risk-free to decide if it's right for your baby. If either of you aren’t happy, you can return it for free, for a full refund.

What if I want to return my mattress?

We get it: every person is unique with their own different sleep preferences, and you need to see how it feels. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your mattress, we will do everything we can to make it right. Go ahead and sleep on your mattress: you have 120 nights to try it out. If you aren’t completely satisfied for any reason, we’ll organize a seamless exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value, or facilitate a free, fast return. Do I need anything else for my crib mattress?

Your Helix Crib Mattress includes our waterproof, washable EasyAirway Cover, which you should cover with standard crib sheets. You don’t need any extra mattress pad or cover — the one we provide does it all. That said, we offer an extra Crib Cover, which is helpful to have on hand for super fast late-night clean ups and when you need to throw the other in the wash.

What is a flippable crib mattress?

Our crib mattress is designed to grow with your baby from infancy to toddlerhood with two different sides: an extra firm side for newborns and infants, and a slightly softer but still supportive side for growing toddlers. Your doctor can tell you exactly when your baby is ready for the other side — usually, it’s around one year of age.

How firm should a crib mattress be?

The American Association of Pediatrics recommends firm crib mattresses, especially at the very early stages of an infant’s growth, to help prevent SIDS and other sleep-related accidents. Crib mattresses should be firm enough that they cannot conform to an infant’s face. The Helix Crib mattress is specifically designed with extra-firm foam for infant safety, with a firm but more comfortable side for when they’re ready.
