Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Every Helix product ships for free in the contiguous USA.* Please refer to specific product pages for shipping estimates.

How does delivery and setup work?

The Adjustable Base is shipped directly to your home via FedEx Ground and assembly is quick and easy. Your shipment will include easy-to-follow instructions. We recommend two or more people be present for assembly. We also offer white glove service, where you can schedule a delivery and our team will come deliver it to the room you want, set it up, and remove any packaging.

What is the Return Policy?

Once your Helix Elite Adjustable Base is delivered, you have 30 nights to initiate a return. Go ahead and try it out, and if it doesn’t work out, email us at help@helixsleep.com — we’ll coordinate with you to have our team remove it from your room and quickly refund you.

Zero Gravity refers to a neutral body posture that simulates weightlessness. Developed by NASA for astronauts during takeoff, Zero Gravity includes slightly raising both the head and foot of your bed in a relaxing, 120 degree position to support spinal decompression, lower back pressure relief, and hip tension release. It’s the most relaxed position possible.

Or, you can adjust the legs in 3” increments up to 12” to make it the exact height you want.
