We wanted to combine the benefits of cotton, which is durable and soft, and bamboo-derived rayon, which is naturally moisture-wicking and pulls more heat away from your body than cotton alone. It's also softer and more sustainable: bamboo grows quickly and requires less water than traditional cotton. The result? A cover that feels cool, smooth, and lasts longer.

100% cotton duvet covers are durable and breathable, but they can feel heavier and trap more heat. By blending cotton with bamboo-derived rayon, we created a cover that's softer, cooler, and more moisture-wicking, while still offering the durability of cotton. Yes! You can machine wash in warm water in the gentle cycle and tumble drying on low to maintain its size and softness. Our duvet cover is pre-washed to minimize shrinkage, but like most natural fibers, it may shrink slightly after the first wash.

Thread count measures how tightly woven the fabric is. Higher thread counts (300+) feel smoother and more durable, but are thicker and can inhibit breathability. We chose 300 thread count because it perfectly balances softness, durability, and airflow, so you get a cover that feels smooth but doesn’t trap heat inside.

No. Our cotton-bamboo blend is seriously soft and smooth from the first night, without any stiffness or crinkling. It only gets softer with every wash.
