The Elite Adjustable Base is shipped directly to your home via FedEx Ground and assembly is quick and easy. Your shipment will include easy-to-follow instructions. We recommend two or more people be present for assembly. We also offer white glove service, where you can schedule a delivery and our team will come deliver it to the room you want, set it up, and remove any packaging.

Once your Helix Elite Adjustable Base is delivered, you have 30 nights to initiate a return. Go ahead and try it out, and if it doesn’t work out, email us at help@helixsleep.com — we’ll coordinate with you to have our team remove it from your room and quickly refund you.

Not only do you get complete control over your head and foot elevation, providing the body with stress-relieving comfort and taking pressure off delicate spinal joints, the Helix Elite Base provides advanced lumbar support which you can adjust to your preference and what you need each day for lower back relief. It also provides a pillow tilt adjustment to align your posture and keep your neck from straining in bed.

Zero Gravity refers to a neutral body posture that simulates weightlessness. Developed by NASA for astronauts during takeoff, Zero Gravity includes slightly raising both the head and foot of your bed in a relaxing, 120 degree position to support spinal decompression, lower back pressure relief, and hip tension release. It’s the most relaxed position possible.

Yes! All Helix mattresses are made with individually wrapped steel coils which flex and move into any position on the Adjustable Base without sacrificing support or durability.

You can use the Adjustable Base alone, or pair it with any other base that matches your style. The Helix Elite Adjustable Base is made with Zero Clearance design, meaning you can remove the legs completely so it seamlessly fits directly on your current favorite bed frame or platform bed and maintain all functionality. Or, you can adjust the legs in 3” increments up to 12” to make it the exact height you want.
