All three mattress models were approved by the ACA after a thorough review, analysis, testing, and evaluation by a review board of doctors of chiropractic with specific and related expertise. The ACA bases its endorsements on factors such as workmanship, ease of assembly, comfort, durability, and performance.

Here’s a look at our three ACA-endorsed mattress models and what makes them so special:
Helix Midnight Luxe
The Helix Midnight Luxe is our most popular, award-winning premium mattress designed with a medium-feel, specifically tailored for side sleepers, those who toss and turn at night, and is great for couples. Widely recognized as one of the highest-reviewed mattresses across the internet, the mattress features multiple layers of high-quality memory foam designed for comforting pressure relief for your hips and shoulders. Below the foam are more than a thousand individually wrapped durable steel coils to promote spinal alignment and to help relieve back pain.
 
The Midnight Luxe includes upgrades like a plush pillow top, an extra foam comfort layer in the body of the mattress, and zoned lumbar support along with a fully reinforced perimeter in the base coils. The Midnight Luxe is considered a 5-6 on the firmness scale with 10 being the firmest.

Helix Twilight Luxe
The Helix Twilight Luxe is our firm premium mattress for side sleepers and people who toss and turn. The mattress is designed to promote spinal alignment and aid sleepers experiencing back pain, while maintaining pressure relief. Below the foam are more than a thousand individually wrapped durable steel coils to promote spinal alignment and to help relieve back pain.
 
The Twilight Luxe also includes upgrades like a plush pillow top, an extra foam comfort layer in the body of the mattress, and zoned lumbar support along with a fully reinforced perimeter in the base coils. The Twilight Luxe is considered an 8-9 on the firmness scale with 10 being the firmest.

Helix Plus
The Helix Plus is our mattress specifically designed for plus size and big & tall sleepers. The mattress features a medium-feel and prioritizes durable support to avoid sagging without sacrificing pressure-relieving comfort.
 
The Plus mattress has increased coil count, full perimeter reinforced coils for superior edge support, and additional high density-memory foam layers for extra support. The mattress is considered a 6-7 on the firmness scale with 10 being the firmest.
Helix + Brooklyn Bedding
In total, 5 mattresses within the Helix and Brooklyn Bedding portfolio received the ACA’s endorsement. The Midnight Luxe, Twilight Luxe, and Helix Plus were joined by Brooklyn Bedding’s Plank Firm and Plank Firm Luxe mattresses in receiving the honor.
