Zoned Lumbar Support

Each Helix Luxe mattress features an 8” individually wrapped coil unit that has zoning technology built into the coils.

The coils underneath your shoulders provide a softer feel, while the coils under your hips provide a firmer feel to help cradle your body and align your spine. The zoning provides best in class support in the places you need it most. And better spine alignment is associated with less pain.

Additionally, the Helix Luxe mattress features a coil unit with edge support so you do not get the feeling of sliding off the mattress when you sit on the edge.

Coil Comparison
The Core Collection Helix mattresses features an 8” individually wrapped coil unit that does not have zoning, but is rather consistent throughout the entire mattress. The Helix Standard Mattress feature coils with edge support, but not quite as premium.

Additional Comfort Layers
The Helix Luxe is 13.5” tall and features six layers and high density foams to provide durability, comfort, and support. Foam density is usually a good proxy for resiliency, and the Helix Luxe is top line in that regard. It also features a Gel Visco layer for pressure relief in addition to the Memory Plus Foam, Helix Dynamic Foam and High-Grade Helix Responsive Foam.

The Core Collection Helix mattresses feature 5 layers (plus a cover) and is 11.5” tall. These mattresses feature a mix of Memory Plus Foam, Helix Dynamic Foam and High-Grade Helix Responsive Foam.
Premium Quilted Pillow Top
We use a Premium Quilted Pillow Top on the very top of each Helix Luxe to provide that plush hotel top layer feel with a smooth touch. This Pillow Top layer actually features additional foam cushioning to provide comfort, but not sink.

Quilted Pillow Top Upgrade
Only Luxe models come with this feature - Core Collection mattresses do not include a Pillow Top.
TENCEL™ Cover or GlacioTex Upgrade

The Helix Luxe Mattress features two cover options: our premium TENCEL™ fabric or the cutting-edge GlacioTex cooling cover.

 

The Ultra Breathable TENCEL™ cover is made from environmentally friendly tencel fibers from Eucalyptus trees. The cover is extra soft to the touch and has enhanced breathability to keep you cool. Additionally, the sub-microscopic channels provide best in class moisture wicking.

 

The GlacioTex Cooling Cover is an upgrade option and uses state-of-the-art fibers with high thermal conductivity to draw heat away from your body while you sleep. Not only does our GlacioTex fabric work to keep heat away from your body while you sleep — it’s actually cool to the touch, giving you instant cooling relief as soon as you lay down.
