How do I purchase it?
There are two ways to purchase Accidental Damage Protection:
1. On helixsleep.com, as you purchase your Helix Mattress.
2. Via email, up to 30 days after the delivery of your Helix Mattress.
Once purchased, the coverage is automatically registered! You will receive emails with the Coverage terms and a login to an online portal. There is no activation required and your new Helix mattress is covered by Mulberry Accidental Damage Protection!
Please note: Mulberry purchases completed after your mattress has been ordered must be confirmed through the Helix Customer Experience team.
How is it different from the Manufacturer Warranty?
Your new Helix mattress is covered by a Manufacturer Warranty that protects against manufacturing issues such as defects in materials or workmanship. The Accidental Damage Coverage enhances the Manufacturer’s Warranty, by protecting you from everyday mishaps such as spills, stains, rips, burns, or structural breakdown, which do not fall under the responsibility of the Manufacturer.

How do I file a claim?
You simply need to file a claim with Mulberry, through your convenient online portal. Depending on the damage to your mattress, Mulberry either sends a repair kit, a trained technician to repair it, or a replacement mattress. Their 24/7 customer support team will work with you to evaluate and process your claim efficiently and effectively.
