You have 120 nights to sleep on your mattress: if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we’ll organize a seamless exchange for a mattress of greater or equal value, or facilitate a free, fast return. Yes, you need a support system under your mattress. We offer a few options that properly support your mattress: the Foundation, Adjustable Base, and Bed Frame. If you prefer to use something different, we recommend using a bunkie board with a box spring, or any support system with a firm, flat surface and thick slats no wider than 5.5 inches apart, which can cause sagging and void your warranty.

Because this is a hybrid mattress, it's important to provide your mattress with the right support beneath its foam layers. Using your new mattress without the proper support can impact the way it feels while you sleep and in some cases can even void your mattress warranty. As you decide between different support bases, it can be helpful to consider:
