A lot of things have changed when it comes to the design of the Helix Elite Collection. But one thing will always remain the same: our dedication to providing tailored comfort based on your unique sleep style and firmness preferences.
In this new luxury lineup, though, we’ve crafted each mattress with more comfort layers than ever before.
Whether you’re looking for the soft, plush comfort of the Sunset Elite mattress or you’re searching for the firm support of the Dawn Elite mattress, you’ll find 5 distinct foam layers, carefully arranged to maximize pressure relief, cradling comfort, and long-lasting durability.
Each Elite Collection mattress contains a unique blend of high-density foams to achieve their feel and firmness level. We’ve sourced high-density foams that stand up to use year after year, delivering your deepest sleep every single night.
Rethinking Steel Coils
We’ve always believed in the hybrid mattress design. Combining foam layers with steel coils in the base of the mattress is really the best of both worlds: pressure relief and durable support.
But in the Elite Collection, we’re excited to push beyond what’s commonly expected from a hybrid mattress and introduce the microcoil to our mattresses. We added two layers of microcoils to each Elite mattress, sandwiching them between high-density foam layers to take our cradling comfort to the next level. Unlike the 8-inch steel coils used in the base of our mattresses, these ½ inch microcoils are included as much for comfort and pressure relieving as they are for durability and support.
Both microcoil layers include hundreds of individually wrapped coils that move independently and cradle your body as you change sleeping positions. Our microcoils also offer improved motion isolation to virtually eliminate movement felt across the surface of the mattress.
Advanced GlacioTex™ Cooling
Cooling is routinely cited by our customers as among the most important considerations when shopping for a mattress. That’s why in years past, we went beyond just the inherent airflow our mattresses offered with their hybrid design and breathable fabrics and introduced our GlacioTex™ cooling fabrics. Naturally, we chose the Elite Collection as the perfect place to showcase our newest, most advanced approach to GlacioTex™ cooling.
Unlike the Helix Core and Luxe collections, where GlacioTex™ is offered as an upgrade feature, the Helix Elite Collection includes our advanced GlacioTex™ Elite cooling fabric for no additional charge. This phase-change fabric takes the cooling benefits of GlacioTex™ to the next level with a cool-to-the-touch feel and an efficient transfer of heat away from your body while you sleep.
