Assembling Your Elite Mattress
Your Elite mattress will arrive in two separate boxes and come together for a truly luxurious sleep experience.
To get started: we highly recommend bringing both of your Helix Elite boxes into your bedroom. Remove both rolled up portions of your mattress from their box and set both boxes aside for recycling.

Step 1
Remove the outer layer of plastic from the both encased support base and comfort insert. Place the encased support base of your mattress on your sleeping surface and carefully cut and unwrap the inner layer of plastic.
Allow the base to begin expanding. Unzip and open the pillow top cover.

Step 2
Place the comfort insert on top of the encased support base, with the zipper side of the comfort insert facing down and the mattress model tag positioned at the foot of the bed.
Step 3
Securely zip the pillow top surface back to your encased support base, fully enveloping the comfort insert.
Step 4
Your Elite mattress may take up to 2 hours to fully expand. Then it's your turn to indulge in the luxurious sleep experience you deserve.
Does the Helix Mattress require a foundation?
Yes, every Helix mattress will require a support system beneath it. The slats on your foundation or support system should be no wider than 5 inches apart as that could cause sagging and could potentially void your warranty.
What is the 100 night sleep trial?
Your Helix mattress comes with a 100 night sleep trial, which begins on the day of delivery. If you are unhappy with your mattress within those 100 days, you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Each mattress does include a 30-day break-in period.
Why is there a break-in period?
It can take some time to adjust to a new sleep system. That’s why we require every customer to try their mattress for at least 30 days before beginning the return process. The sleep trial, and break-in period, begin on the day of delivery.
