All Helix products are shipped via FedEx Ground from our facilities across the US. Each item in your order will ship separately and you will receive separate tracking for each item once they are completed in production.

Your Helix Mattress will be gently compressed, rolled, and put in a box that’s about the size of a bag of golf clubs for easy shipping! Packaging dimensions are 47” x 16” x 16”, and we ship via FedEx Ground direct from our Phoenix facility to your home.

The 100 Night Sleep Trial is our guarantee that comes along with your Helix Mattress or Mattress Topper purchase. Starting the day that your mattress arrives at your door, you’ll have 100 nights to quite literally sleep on it. No risk, no lost sleep.

Other sleep accessories, including mattress protectors, mattress encasements, pillows, wedge pillows, sheets, duvets, weighted blankets, and any other soft good accessories must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. 

Please note: The Helix Adjustable Base does not include a 100 night sleep trial. If removed from its original packaging, it cannot be returned.
