100 Night Sleep Trial
The 100 Night Sleep Trial is our guarantee that comes along with your Helix Mattress purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the mattress, you can return it for a full refund within 100 night trial period, after 30 days. Since all new mattresses have a break-in period, we require customers to keep the mattress for 30 nights before initiating a return.
Mattress Unboxing

Unpack
Open the lid and place the box on its side. Pull to unpack.

Unroll
Once out of the box, pull on the plastic tab to unroll your mattress from the rest of the packaging.

Unwrap
Place on your sleeping surface and using scissors, cut carefully to unwrap the final layer of plastic.

Unwind
It will need 30-45 minutes to unwind and fully expand. And then, it’ll be your turn.
Mattress Sizing
Due to the handmade nature of our product, mattress dimensions can vary by up to 1” on any given side. All of our standard Helix Mattresses are 12” high. The Helix LUXE Mattresses are 14" high.

Your Helix Foundation is made of 7.5” birch wood, upholstered with high quality woven upholstery fabric. Simply designed and completely made in the USA, it can built and broken down in only 2-3 minutes. Works perfectly with any Helix mattress.

Featuring hardened steel with injection-molded, fiberglass-infused resins to provide sturdy and durable support of more than 2,500 lbs with zero motion transfer or noise. Combines with the Helix Foundation or any other box spring. Easy assembly in minutes. Works with most bolt-on headboards. Please Note: Your Helix Mattress does not go directly on the frame.
