Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Every Helix mattress ships for free (in a box!) in the contiguous USA.* All Helix products are made to order, and are assembled and shipped from our Arizona factory within several days, depending on the specific product. Please refer to specific product pages for shipping estimates. Helix Elite Mattresses are shipped in two boxes. *Shipping rates apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. See Terms & Conditions of Sale.

How does your 120 day free trial work?

You have 120 nights to sleep on your mattress: if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we’ll organize a seamless exchange for a mattress of greater or equal value, or facilitate a free, fast return. We do ask that you take a minimum of 30 days to adjust to your mattress and break it in. Learn More

What if I want to return my mattress?

We get it: every person is unique with their own different sleep preferences, and you need to see how it feels. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your mattress, we will do everything we can to make it right. Go ahead and sleep on your mattress: you have 120 nights to try it out. If you aren’t completely satisfied for any reason, we’ll organize a seamless exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value, or facilitate a free, fast return. Can I try the Moonlight in a store?

Yes! See a complete list of where you can find our mattresses in stores here. If you’re not near a store, you can still try out our mattresses: when you order online, you’ll get fast, free shipping and 120 nights to try out your mattress. If you’re not happy with your new mattress, just send us an email and we’ll organize an exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value, or we'll remove the mattress from your bedroom for free and initiate a quick refund.

What if something is wrong with my mattress when I get it?

Don’t worry: your new Helix mattress is protected against defects in workmanship and materials by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, and claims are straightforward. This limited warranty covers all manufacturing defects, and gives you certain legal rights. Learn More

How does the GlacioTex Cooling Cover work?

If you sleep hot, the GlacioTex Cooling Cover is a great option to help cool down your bed. Made from our cutting-edge, heat conductive fabric, the GlacioTex Cooling Cover draws heat away from the surface of the mattress for a cool-to-the-touch, crisp sheets feeling when you get into bed each night, while also feeling soft and comfortable beneath you.

Why is the Moonlight the best mattress for back and stomach sleepers?

The Helix Moonlight mattress is designed with coils and foam layers that align the spine and hips, which can sag too far into the mattress when you sleep on your front or back. It is comfortable and soft to help provide a great night’s sleep without lower back pain. Learn more.

Does this mattress require a box spring, foundation, or a particular base?

Yes, you need a support system under your mattress. We offer a few options that properly support your mattress: the Foundation, Adjustable Base, and Bed Frame. If you prefer to use something different, we recommend using a bunkie board with a box spring, or any support system with a firm, flat surface and thick slats no wider than 5.5 inches apart, which can cause sagging and void your warranty.

How do I choose a support base?

Because this is a hybrid mattress, it's important to provide your mattress with the right support beneath its foam layers. Using your new mattress without the proper support can impact the way it feels while you sleep and in some cases can even void your mattress warranty. As you decide between different support bases, it can be helpful to consider: 

  • How tall do you want your bed to be?

  • How much under bed space are you hoping for? 

  • How will your support base look next to the rest of your bedroom furniture?
